Landscape Cooking is a participatory workshop developed by Inês Coelho da Silva and Kevin Bellò of The Gramounce at Domaine de Boisbuchet in 2024. Through foraging, cooking, fermentation and storytelling, participants explored the relationships between food, landscape and collective experiences. This project inspired the participatory approach of The Fusion Table, particularly the idea of transforming dining into an interactive experience where users can customise arrangements and actively shape their own cultural dining experiences.
